Kotohajime Event

The Dayton Bujinkan Dojo is holding its annual Kotohajime event on Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 12:30-4:00 PM after the adult class. The Kotohajime event is a cleaning of the dojo and 1000 cuts to welcome the new year! Led by Senior Instructor Jess Attilli and Dojo Assistant John Comesky, the event is free for all Dojo members, their families, and approved guests to participate in.

Cost: No cost; bring casual clothes for cleaning and your do-gi for cutting. Lunch is included.

The event is reserved for young adult and adult members of the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo, past workshop participants, member family members, and approved guests. (If you haven't attended an event at the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo before, please request attendance prior to registering to avoid any issues.)
