The Dayton Bujinkan Dojo is holding a Kyu Rank Workshop focusing on 3rd, 2nd and 1st Kyu material from the Adult Training Curriculum on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. The workshop will be taught by Jeff Ochester and the senior Dayton Bujinkan Dojo instructors. 

Training will cover each Kyu rank section of Taijutsu, including tachi waza (standing techniques), ne waza (ground techniques), ryu-ha kata, and buki waza (weapons). The workshop is designed to introduce new students to the concepts within each kyu rank, while allowing senior students to hone their skills and understanding of the material. 

Please wear a full do-gi uniform and bring a notebook or your training curriculum. The Kyu Rank Workshop schedule is: 

• 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: 3rd kyu Training Material 
  
• 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: 2nd kyu Training Material 
  
• 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch Break & Budo Discussion 
  
• 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: 2nd kyu Training Material (continued) 
  
• 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm: 1st kyu Training Material 
  
• 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Demonstrations, Testing/Feedback, Q&A Session
